Charming award winning upscale Chinese Restaurant. When we first moved to Minneapolis from San Francisco in 1994 we were wondering where to get good Chinese and Asian food. Thankfully we eventually found Rainbow and Shuang Cheung. After all this time they both continue to provide delicious food. Rainbow has a very pleasant atmosphere and attentive helpful service and while the prices are higher than its cousin Quangs down the street it does provide a more upscale experience and presentation.
