Bistro offering a wide variety of Indian classics as well as a sampling of Chinese standards. From Masalas, Biryani, Tandoori, to Noodle and Wok dishes. We believe that this humble place on the main drag in Hopkins is turning out the best, the most authentic, the most reasonably priced Indian food in the Twin Cities. But they're not satisfied to just stop with that. No, they also have decided why not do some Chinese dishes. Not so uncommon in India we're told, but we find it a very unique concept in our area. If that wasn't enough, the service is provided by a polished attentive and friendly staff. No MSG. Uses Halal Meat. Half-priced bottle of wine Sun & Mon nights. Frequented by Indians. We have been there many times now and have never been disappointed. Owner Pran is a very friendly gracious helpful host.
Highlights: Garlic Naan. Gobi Manchurian. Tandoori Chicken. Bagara Baingan. Baingan Bartha. Mirchi Ka Salan. Lamb & Goat Khorma. Chicken Hyderabadi. We don't care for the Chicken Lollipops App and lunch buffet is not as good as the dinner entrees.
