Award winning Japanese bistro in historic 1800's St. Paul Lowertown warehouse down from Black Dog Cafe and St. Paul's Farmer's Market. Bright lighting, high ceilings, wooden floors, with minimalist decor. We enjoyed our hearty reasonably priced meals, atmosphere and service. The food was uniformly fresh tasting and delicious. We felt like we had done something good for our bodies when we left. Money and time well spent.
Highlights: Teishoku meals (mackeral; day's special; tonkatsu); Shrimp Tempura Soba; Nabeyaki Udon; Tori & Kitsune Soba
