It's a regional chain that cranks out some pretty good Chinese and Thai food at Ridgedale mall. This is not a destination for dinner out, but when you find yourself at Ridgedale mall or the surrounding area and you have the Asian food cravings hitting hard, you might want to try this place for a quick fix either in the bar, the restaurant or take it away for the road or home.
The place has a bistro atmosphere, the staff is pleasant, and the prices are reasonable. The food is surprisingly good. We've eaten there quite a bit over the years and have always been happy with what we got.
They endeavor to source fresh local seasonal food via the Minneapolis and St. Paul Farmers Markets. They have a Stir-Fry Bar where you can pick your protein, veggies, sauces and jasmine rice or noodles for your bowl and have the chef cook it up while you retreat to your table and await the result to be delivered.
Otherwise, just order from the menu where they have some pretty tasty and interesting dishes like: Shanghai Shrimp & Scallops - tender scallops and shrimp, sautéed with asian vegetables and water chestnuts; Teriyaki Glazed Fresh Salmon - naturally-raised salmon, their own teriyaki sauce, seasonal vegetable, fried rice; Black Pepper Scallops - wok seared east coast scallops in a blend of spices with seasonal vegetables; Thai Hot Pepper Chicken With Basil & Peanuts - all natural chicken, fresh chili peppers, peanuts, red onions, cilantro, hot sauce; Thai Hot Pepper Shrimp with Basil & Peanuts - shrimp, fresh chili peppers, peanuts, red onions, cilantro, hot sauce; Bangkok Shrimp & Scallops - wok tossed shrimp and scallops, snow peas, hot peppers, thai herbs, lemon, peanuts; Kung Pao Chicken with Noodles - chicken, blackened chilies, roasted peanuts, sweet spicy sauce; Sichuan Pork Belly - house smoked bacon, fresno chilies, wok tossed noodles, sweet spicy sichuan sauce. Also, has some noteworthy ginger ale made from fresh ginger root.

State Beer Song
"...From the Land of Sky Blue Waters. From the land of pines' lofty balsams, Comes the beer refreshing, Hamm's the beer refreshing. Brewed where nature works her wonders, Aged for many moons, gently mellowed, Hamm's the beer refreshing, Hamm's the beer refreshing. From across the rippling water, Through the whisp'ring pines and birches, Comes the beer refreshing, Hamm's the beer refreshing. Comes a call to cool enchantment, Comes a call to cool refreshment, Hamm's the beer refreshing, Hamm's the beer refreshing. Hints of lakes and sunset breezes, Dance and sparkle in each glassful, Hamm's the beer refreshing, Hamm's the beer refreshing..." Dylan probably wished he'd written this while flying high on Hamms.
