We started with a Veggie Momo, which was excellent with a mix of spices and cilantro sauce. Danny had the Jogi-tarkari (curry made with a very large assortment of vegetables). He asked for medium-hot which turned out to be very mild - should have asked for hot - waiter must have been afraid Danny, being Minnesotan, wouldn't handle hot very well. Roxanne went with the Bhanta - Eggplant cooked with potato, tomato, & herbs. She asked for mild and got it. Both dishes were excellent and generous.
