Kincaid's is a swanky modern take on the classic American steak, chop and fish house. It's been a reliable place for us in downtown St. Paul for a wide variety of well prepared seafood. Service is good. The food fresh and well presented. They also have reasonably priced specials. The fish dishes are excellent.
