Quang is a cheap eats hugely popular casual family run Vietnamese Noodle soup-Pho restaurant mecca on Minneapolis' Eat Street. Since 1989. 

Great soups - seriously good Vietnamese pho and very inexpensive plates, sandwiches and bowls. Gathering place for area Vietnamese and a wide cross section of the Twin Cities. One of the places that typifies what Eat Street is. 

We always have an excellent soup - especially like 525 & 526 and the 401, 410 & 411 platters are also very satisfying. On weekends the special 606 - Bun Ca Kieng Giang - sea bass and shrimp noodle soup is a must try. Closed on Tuesdays! Can get busy and parking is not always close so try to not hit it at prime feeding times. Another good cheap date place.
